Dear Support Group Leader,

It is hard to believe, but the 2007 HEAV State Convention and Educational Fair will be here before you know it! This year's convention, "Home Education: A Journey of Discovery," will be held at the Richmond Convention Center on June 7, 8, and 9, 2007.

Graduation ceremony plans are well underway and registration is now open for seniors in the Class of 2007. Would you please pass along the graduation registration information to the families in your homeschool group? Here is a ready-to-go announcement:

Calling All Seniors! HEAV Graduation Registration is Now Open!
With the 2006-2007 academic year underway, plans for the 2007 HEAV Graduation Ceremony are already in progress. Any homeschool senior who would like to participate in the graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 9, 2007, should contact Home Educators Association of Virginia by e-mail (graduation@heav.org) or phone (804-278-9200). This contact ensures you will be sent a GRAD packet with registration forms and specific graduation information. Packets will be ready by late January.

The deadline for graduation registration is April 2, 2007. The deadline is firm and space is limited, so register as quickly as you can!
