There are several different membership levels from which you can choose. All member types receive the benefits outlined above, plus those listed below. Members are also automatically signed up to receive the free Virginia Home Educator magazine and the Virginia Homeschool Update. (Note: You can also sign up to receive these publications here. They are free to both members and non-members, but your membership helps make them possible.)
Basic Members ($35) Basic Membership helps us continue to support and defend homeschooling in Virginia. Basic Members receive the benefits outlined above.
Sustaining Members ($75) A Sustaining Membership is for someone who wants to give a higher level of membership support to HEAV. Sustaining Members get the benefits of a regular membership plus our sturdy, ready-for-the-library "Education Begins At Home" tote bag as a "thank you."
Lifetime Members
($750 or more) Lifetime Membership is for those who want to offer an
even higher level of support to HEAV and the work we do. Lifetime
Members receive all the benefits of a regular membership AND complimentary registration for the Annual HEAV State Convention & Educational Fair for a lifetime!
(This does not include the cost of the Children's Program.) They also receive our
sturdy, ready-for-the-library "Education Begins At Home" tote bag.
