~:~ ~:~ ~:~ ~:~ ~:~ ~:~ THOUGHT FOR THE WEEKBeneath the SurfaceWe tend to look
at everything from a surface
perspective. The car won't start. The children won't behave. Try as we
might,
we can't seem to get anything done. But there's something deeper going
on than what our eye can see--we're in a spiritual battle--and we need
not give way to discouragement or fear. God has "not given us the
spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind" (2
Timothy 1:7).
