4) Parting Thought - The Heavens Declare
When asked in a letter to suggest a Bible verse or passage of scripture that was meaningful to him, rocket scientist Werner von Braun wrote a profound reply, reprinted in part below.

"I submit the following, 'Be thou exalted, O God, above the heaven; let thy glory be above all the earth' (Psalm 57:5).

"I feel the universal validity of God's law, on earth and other worlds, is expressed in this passage. Space travelers will not trespass on forbidden regions when they set foot on other worlds, but will be in God's realm wherever they go."

Seeing God holds the universe in His hands, surely we can trust God to lead us merely from one day to the next! When we have trouble, let us remember to ask the Lord, like the father in the Gospel, to "help Thou mine unbelief" (Mark 9:24).

5) Worth Repeating
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity, nothing else matters.
- Alan Simpson (1931-present), long-time U.S. senator from Wyoming (1979-1997).

~:~ ~:~ ~:~ ~:~ ~:~ ~:~ ~:~ ~:~
6) Verse of the Week
I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
- Psalm 119:14
