The State Council
of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) passed new scholarship eligibility guidelines on July
14, 2009. Homeschooled applicants for the Virginia
Guaranteed Assistance Program may now submit SAT scores of 900 and above and ACT
scores of 19 and above as an alternative to a homeschool GPA. Read the entire article.
