1. When should I call to make an appointment for my portraits?
Call as soon as possible. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Saturday appointments are limited.

2. When and where are the portraits taken?
Portraits will be taken all day on Friday, and only a half day on Saturday. We will be located next to the ballroom on the second floor of the Ballroom building. Signage in the convention center will help direct you to our location.

3. Are you going to take walk-in appointments?
We will be working in walk-ins as we can. However, we recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment if possible.

4. What kind of portraits will you be taking?
We will be photographing each graduate either in his cap and gown or in clothes of his choice. Graduates may have portraits done in one or both.

5. What backgrounds will be available?
We will have two backgrounds available. Cap and gown and casual pictures will be done on a classic background. We will also have a contemporary background available if you desire to use it.

6. Will there be any props available?
A mini posing block and black posing tubs will be available.

7. May I bring my own props?
Yes. You may bring hats, flowers, class rings, instruments, or anything else you choose. If you have a question or ideas about appropriate props, please contact us prior to portrait day.

9. When do I view my portraits?
You will be able to view and choose your portraits and packages immediately after your portrait session. In order to keep the viewing area less congested, please come prepared with an idea of what type of package you might like. The viewing area is for deciding which portrait(s) you like, not for deciding how many pictures you need.

10. When do I pay for my portraits?
Payment is due at the time of the order. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We do not accept American Express.

11. How long does the session take?
Sessions take approximately forty-five minutes to an hour. Please allow ample time to complete your session.

12. What is the procedure for taking my portraits?
There are three stations.
Check-in Station: Check-in at your appointment time and fill out your order form.
Portrait Station: Have your portrait taken by Jamie Jones.
Viewing Station: View your portraits, decide on your poses, and make your payment.

13. When will I receive my portraits?
Please allow up to six weeks for portrait delivery.

14. Are my portraits retouched?
All portraits have general retouching done. This includes removal of blemishes and dark circles under the eyes as well as smoothing of skin. Glass glare, wrinkled gowns, and additional requests will have an additional charge.

15. Will I be able to reorder portraits later?
Reorder forms will be placed in your order when mailed to you.

16. What is a "diploma exchange photograph"?
A "diploma exchange photograph" is a photo taken during the actual ceremony when you receive your diploma. You will receive instructions by the photographer during graduation rehearsal on how this will be accomplished. Every graduate will be photographed during the ceremony to ensure that we get your picture.

17. When and where do I order my diploma exchange photograph?
Place orders for diploma photographs at the photographer's check-in station located next to the ballroom on the second floor of the Ballroom building. Orders may be placed all day on Friday, and on Saturday until graduation time. All orders need to be placed prior to the graduation ceremony.
